Susan G. Komen® Greater Detroit Community Grants are awarded to outstanding organizations that will continue to implement breast cancer education, screening and treatment support programs to help fight breast cancer among medically underserved women and men in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties.

Grants are awarded on the basis of adherence to priorities as listed in the 2015 Community Profile, which defines the extent of the breast cancer burden, services, and gaps in the metro Detroit tri-county coverage area.
